    Eggs in a Nest~Camping Out


    Butter
    1 slice bread
    1 egg
    Chopped green onions (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe




    Butter both sides of bread and place in a frying pan.

    Using a cookie cutter or small glass, cut a circle in the center of the bread.

    Crack egg into the center.

    Fry on both sides until egg is done and bread is brown to taste.

    Sprinkle green onions and seasoning of choice on top.

    Makes 1 serving
