1 cup of whole or jellied cranberry sauce
2 teaspoons of grated orange rind
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
½ teaspoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup of water
Recipe
Blend all ingredients in small pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Spoon over roasted or baked poultry during last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
