    Glazed Sweet Potatoes


    1/2 cup Log Cabin Syrup
    1 Tab. Butter
    1 can sweet potatoes (40 ounces), drained and cut up
    Pecan Halves (if you want)

    Recipe




    Bring syrup and butter just to a boil in large skillet on medium heat.

    Reduce to heat to low, and simmer about 2 minutes.

    Add sweet potatoes.

    Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, gently turning sweet potatoes frequently to glaze.

    Garnish with pecan halves.
