    Sweet Potato Bakes from Hel


    Canned sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
    Add 1tsp cinnamon
    ½ Cup brown sugar
    other spices if desired

    Recipe




    Form small ball, put marsh mellow in center

    Roll in corn flakes

    Bake 350 oven for 15-20 minutes

    Line cookie sheet with foil to bake without much clean up.
