    Raspberry Ice Cream

    Source of Recipe

    Recipe Introduction

Instead of sending our children into the sugar-laden upper-stratosphere, maybe next time we can give them a treat like this one. I find this to be a really nice treat for me too! And it doesn’t take any more time to make than it does to unwrap one of those sugar cones you buy in a box in the freezer section.

    List of Ingredients

    Raspberry Ice Cream

    1 – 2 cups frozen raspberries
    2 – 3 tablespoons heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon Truvia
a teeny drizzle of organic vanilla

    Recipe

In a small container, put in your cream, Truvia & vanilla.

Stir the mixture & let the flavors meld for a few minutes (Secret Told: I do this when I am starting dish clean up & it's ready when I am finished filling the dishwasher).

Put your raspberries in a small bowl while frozen.

Immediately drizzle on half of the cream mixture per bowl.

Stir to cover the berries & eat slowly so you savor it.

Close your eyes & you just might think you are eating a rich, raspberry-filled ice cream.

Note: I put the portion at 1 to 2 cups because I find I am fully satisfied with just a half cup of raspberries & my cream on top. This gives me a creamier texture.
