    Rainbow Ice Cream Cake


    1 prepared angel food cake
    1 package (3 ounce size) strawberry gelatin
    1 package (3 ounce size) lime gelatin
    1 package (3 ounce size) orange gelatin
    1 (15 ounce size) blueberries, drained
    1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin oranges
    1/2 gallon French vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 package (10 ounce size) frozen strawberries, partially thawed

    Recipe




    Tear cake in pieces.

    Divide in thirds.

    Place each third in separate bowl.

    Sprinkle each with different flavor gelatin.

    Toss with fork to coat well.

    Place strawberry coated cake in bottom of 10 inch tube pan.

    Spoon strawberries over top.

    Top with 1/3 of ice cream.

    Repeat with lime flavored cake and blueberries.

    Repeat with orange flavored cake and oranges.

    Freeze till firm.

    Unmold on chilled plate.
