    Brisket Marinade


    1 C. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 bottle of beer
    1/2 C. brown sugar
    3 drops orange oil
    2 pieces orange peel
    2 t. salt
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/3 C. oil

    Recipe




    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour over brisket and marinate for 10 - 12 hours.
