DILL SAUCE MEATBALLS
6 oz egg noodles, cooked
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbs flour
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 pound ground beef
Cooked broccoli
3 tbs snipped dill
4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
Recipe
IN a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.
Form into 16 meatballs.
Heat a skillet, coat with cooking spray.
Add onion, cook 2 min.
Combine broth and flour, add to skillet.
Bring to a simmer.
Add mushrooms, meatballs and remaining salt and pepper.
Cook until done.
Stir in sour cream and dill off heat.
SERVE with noodles and broccoli..
