    Easy Layered Italian Meatloaf


    1 - 4 oz (120 g) package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
    1 - 24 fl oz (680 ml) can pasta sauce, divided
    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, divided
    1 lb (455 g) extra lean ground beef
    1 1/2 cups chopped zucchini
    1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    3/4 cup Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese

    Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

    Mix together the stuffing mix with half each of the pasta sauce & dried oregano.

    Add the ground beef & mix well.

    Press the meat mixture onto the bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish.

    Combine the zucchini, mushrooms, the remaining pasta sauce & the remaining dried oregano.

    Spoon this mixture over the beef mixture in the baking dish.

    Cover with foil wrap.

    Bake in the preheated 375ºF oven for 35 minutes.

    Remove the baking dish from the oven, top with the cheese.

    Bake for another 10 minutes or until the meatloaf is done (internal temperature registers 160ºF).
