    Buffalo Chicken Burgers (BBQ)


    1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper sauce
    1 lb (455 g) ground chicken
    1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
    1 egg
    4 sesame seed hamburger buns
    4 leaf lettuce leaves
    2 celery stalks, cut into sticks
    2 carrots, cut into sticks
    1/4 cup Kraft Crumbled Blue Cheese Dressing

    Recipe




    Heat the barbecue to medium-high heat.

    Mix the sauces together in a medium bow, reserving 2 tablespoons of the mixture.

    Add the chicken, coating mix & egg to the remaining sauce mixture, mixing well.

    Shape it into four 1/2 inch thick patties.

    Grill the chicken patties for 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until they are done (they reach an internal temperature of 175ºF), brushing with the reserved sauce mixture for the last 2 minutes of grilling time.

    Fill the buns with the lettuce, then the burgers.

    Serve with the remaining ingredients.
