    Easy Salmon Burgers (healthy) (BBQ)


    4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, divided
    1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
    4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted

    Recipe




    Heat a gas grill to medium-high or prepare a charcoal grill with medium-hot coals.

    Stir together the mayonnaise & 1 tablespoon of the dill.

    Set aside.

    In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the remaining tablespoon of dill with the salmon, bread crumbs, scallions, salt & pepper until combined.

    Form the salmon mixture into four 3 inch round burgers.

    Coat both sides with non-stick cooking spray.

    Grill the burgers for 5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through.

    Place the burgers on buns & spread each with 1 tablespoon of the dill mayonnaise.
