Juicy Onion Burgers
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 envelope dry onion soup mix OR 5 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
8 hamburger buns
lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard
Recipe
Prepare and heat grill.
In large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, and tomato sauce and gently mix.
Shape into eight patties.
Cook 4-6" from medium coals for 14-19 minutes until thoroughly cooked, 160 degrees on a meat thermometer, turning once.
Serve with traditional toppings on toasted hamburger buns.
