    William Tell Special


    1 each bun, grilled
    1 each jumbo dog
    1 cup apple slaw
    1 each, apple of your choice, cored and diced
    2 cups, green cabbage thinly sliced
    2 Tbs, cooked bacon bits
    ½ cup, apple juice
    2 Tbs, diced onion
    1 tsp, sea salt

    Recipe




    Saute all the ingredients together until the cabbage and apples are tender and the apple juice has reduced to a thick syrup.

    Remove from the pan and smother the dog
