    Fresh Crab Cakes - Deep Fried

    Deep Fried Fresh Crab Cakes


    1/2 stick of melted butter
    1 pound of fresh crabmeat, carefully picked
    1 well beaten egg
    2 slices of bread, cut in pieces
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 small onion, minced
    2 sprigs of chopped parsley
    1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
    Vegetable Oil for frying

    Recipe


    Place the vegetable oil in large, deep fryer.

    Use enough oil to completely cover the cakes.

    Mix all the ingredients above (except the oil).

    Shape into round patties and fry in the deep fat.

    Serve immediately.

    Serves 4
