    Stuffed Corn Dogs


    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    milk
    egg
    hot dogs
    pepper jack cheese

    Recipe




    Prepare Jiffy mix as directed

    Slit hot dogs 1/2 way lengthwise.

    Add a slice of pepper jack cheese

    Dip in corn bread mix and carefully drop into hot oil.

    Deep Fry till golden brown, serve
