All-Seasons Crepes
1 can apple pie filling -- (about 20 ounces)
1/2 cup seedless raisins
1 tablespoon fresh grated grape-fruit peel
1 grapefruit -- peeled & sectioned
8 crepes -- (6 inches in dia.)
1 cup heavy creamer -- whipped
2 cups frozen whipped topping – thawed
Recipe
Combine pie filling, raisins, grapefruit peel and sections in bowl.
2. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling mixture on each crepe; roll up. Chill.
3. Top each crepe with 1/4 cup whipped cream; garnish with additional grapefruit sections, if desired.
