    Spicy Spinach Fettuccine with Snow Peas and Chicken


    8 ounces spinach fettuccine *
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 cup snow pea pods -- fresh
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    1 jalapeno -- minced
    1 cup chicken breast -- cooked and chopped
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    3 tablespoons dry sherry

    Recipe




    Heat 1/4 C broth in large skillet.

    Add snow peas, garlic and jalapeno or other hot seasoning.

    Stir-fry 1 min.

    Add chicken; stir fry 2 min. more.

    Add cooked pasta and remaining broth, soy sauce & sherry.

    Cook for 3 min.

    Salt to taste.

    *Cook pasta al dente.

    Drain.
