Crab Lasagna
Alfredo sauce
asta sheets (8x10)
white sauce
blue crab claw meat
mozzarella
Crab White Sauce:
1 tub ricotta
1 tub mascarpone
1 tub sour cream
Granulated Garlic to taste
Salt and Pepper to tastesagna Recipe
In bottom of casserole dish, layer with Alfredo sauce and top with pasta sheets (8x10). Layer with white sauce and sprinkle of blue crab claw meat. Cover lightly with mozzarella and additional layer of pasta sheets. Layers of fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, pasta sheets, crab claw meat, white sauce and top with final pasta sheets. Cover with remaining white sauce and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Serving: Up to 12.'
