    Aunt Joan Marie`s Mac n Cheese


    1 lb shells macaroni
    1/2lb Velveeta cheese diced
    1/2 c sour cream
    3 tbsp butter
    1 c milk
    dash of salt and pepper
    sprinkle grated parmesan

    Recipe




    Cook pasta and drain.

    Melt butter and pour into bottom of casserole dish.

    Pour cooked pasta in casserole dish and mix in cut up pieces of cheese, sour cream and milk to make creamy

    Add salt, pepper and sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 for one hour
