    Really good easy cheesy mac and cheese

    Awesome Mac and Cheese


    Rotini noodles
    1 egg
    1 pound of velveeta
    8 oz mild cheddar cheese
    12 oz cottage cheese
    12 oz sour cream

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 375

    Put sour cream, cottage cheese, and egg in blender until smooth

    Cut up velveeta in chunks

    Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, egg mixture with velveeta and mild cheese...

    Cook noodles

    Add noodles to cheese mixture

    Bake for 15 minutes

    Take out; stir really good bake another 15-20 minutes until it starts to get a little brown on top....and your done

    Servings: 10
