Double Bacon Mac 'N' Cheese
one 16 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
two 10.75 oz. cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
2 cups milk
1 1/2 lbs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, with 1 cup reserved for garnish
3 T. butter, melted
1 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled, with 1/4 cup reserved for garnish
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
2 scallions, thinly slicedRecipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat a 9x13" baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions; drain, place back in pot.
Stir in cheese soup, milk, cheddar cheese, butter, bacon, salt, pepper; mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish, sprinkle evenly with reserved cheese, reserved bacon, scallions.
Bake 35-40 minutes, or until heated through, bubbly.
