Million Dollar Spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 can of spaghetti sauce
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c sour cream
1 stick of butter
8 oz noodles(I used Pente)
bag of sharp cheddar cheese(I used Italian blend of cheese)Recipe
Heat oven to 350.
Boil the noodles, mix c. cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese.
Mix it well with electric mixer.
Brown the beef, drain.
Pour spaghetti sauce over the top of beef.
Use a few slices of butter on the bottom of your baking dish.
Layer 1/2 of the noodles on the bottom.
Pour all of the cream mixture on top of noodles.
Add the other 1/2 of the noodles and a few slices of butter on top.
Pour the sauce over the meat.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with the cheddar cheese and bake for 15 min.
