Cold Veggie Pizza
1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 package whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups chopped veggies (broccoli, red and green peppers, green onions, shredded carrots all work well, but use what you have or like)
1 cup shredded cheese (any kind will do) Recipe
Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a cookie sheet.
Press the seams together to make a crust.
Bake according to the package directions.
Remove from oven and cool.
Mix together the cream cheese and ranch dressing.
Spread on top of crust.
Spread chopped veggies onto cream cheese mixture.
Top with shredded cheese.
Keep refrigerated until served.
Cut and enjoy!
