Grilled Vegetable Calzone
1 12" Pizza dough (bread machine, mix or refrigerated)
1/4 cup Bell peppers, sliced and grilled
1/4 cup Onions, sliced and grilled
1/4 cup Zucchini, sliced and grilled
1/4 cup Mushrooms, quartered and grilled
1 cup Marinara or pizza sauce
1 1/4 cups Mozzarella, grated Recipe
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls.
On a floured board, roll out each ball into a circle 1/8-inch thick.
Add the vegetables, sauce and cheese.
Fold into a half circle.
Pinch the outer seam tightly around the entire outside.
Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake at 400 until lightly browned (about 20-30 minutes).
Serve warm.
