    Rocky Road Pizza


    Crust:

    1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour

    Topping:

    1 c. peanuts
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Recipe




    Mix in a bowl until well combined then spread on an ungreased pizza pan and bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.

    Remove from oven and top with:

    peanuts
    miniature marshmallows
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Return to 375 degree oven for 6 to 8 minutes.

    Cut into "slices" to serve.
