    Hawaiian Pork


    * 2 lb. lean pork loin, well trimmed
    * 1/3 C. lemon juice
    * 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
    * 2 Tbs. shredded onion
    * 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    * 1/4 tsp. salt
    * 1 tsp. ginger
    * 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    * 1/2 C. pineapple juice

    Recipe




    Place pork loin in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over loin. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

    Broil or grill the loin for 15-20 minutes on each side, placing meat 4-6 inches from heat element. Pork is done when an internal temperature of 170 degrees is reached.

    Baste with marinade twice during grilling. This meat is tasty as a leftover.
