    Crunchy Sesame Wings


    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 clove garlic crushed
    1/3 cup spicy mustard
    2 tablespoons butter melted
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 cup sesame cracker crumbs
    1 teaspoon ginger root grated
    10 chicken wings divided

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine soy sauce, garlic, mustard, butter, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

    Combine cracker crumbs and ginger in a shallow bowl.

    Brush soy mixture on chicken wings then roll wings in crumbs to coat lightly.

    Place crumb coated wings in single layer on a jelly roll pan.
    Bake 45 minute then cool in pan 5 minutes and serve warm.
