    Almond Escarole Salad


    2 tbs lemon juice
    1 tbs honey
    1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    2 tbs oil
    1 bunch escarole, sliced
    1/4 cup raisins

    Recipe




    In bowl, whisk lemon juice, oil and honey.

    Add remaining ingredients, toss, season, then SERVE
