Crouton Apple Bacon Salad


4 strips bacon
2 cups pretzels
8 oz escarole, chopped

1 apple, chopped
1/4 cup salad dressing



Recipe


IN a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

Drain on paper towels, crumble when cooled.

Drain all but 1 tbs fat from pan, add pretzels to pan.

Cook until browned.

In bowl, toss escarole and apple with salad dressing.

Top with bacon and pretzels, then SERVE...
