Recipe Introduction

I*ve been making this blue cheese dressing for over 40 yrs since I was a child helping my mom make it on special occasions. Now I won*t eat a salad without it. I just love it! I*m the only one in my family who still makes it and it*s their number one request for me to bring to potlucks because it*s also perfect when to as use as a dip for vegetables, chips, fondue, chicken wings, even steak and of course salads!

List of Ingredients

Blue Cheese Lover*s Dressing


1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1/2 to 2 cup blue chesse
4 dashes Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 oz cognac or brandy, optional


Recipe


Mix well and put into a container.

It is a thicker dressing if you want to thin it out add more Mayo and sour cream a little at a time.

Keep covered in the fridge for one to two weeks it starts getting liquidy when it*s time to finish it up
