    Glazed Fruit Salad


    2 apples, peeled or unpeeled, diced
    one 16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained, diced
    1/2 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled, quartered
    one 15 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2-3/4 cup reserved juice from mandarin oranges (or orange juice)
    one 3.4 oz. packet instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    2 bananas, sliced

    Recipe




    In a large bowl, toss together apples, peaches, strawberries, oranges.

    In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice with vanilla instant pudding mix.

    Pour glaze over fruit in bowl, gently toss to coat.

    Carefully stir in blueberries, bananas until everything is coated with glaze.

    Add more orange juice to thin glaze, if necessary.

    Cover, chill in fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
