    A good fruit salad.

    List of Ingredients

    Fruit Macaroni Salad


    1 c. Acini Di Pepe macaroni
    1 small jar maraschino cherries
    1 can mandarin oranges- drain and reserve juice
    1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple- drain and reserve juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 c. orange-pineapple juice- reserve juice
    1 12 oz. container Cool Whip

    Recipe


    Refrigerate fruits after draining.

    Cook macaroni, rinse well and refrigerate until cool.

    In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour and eggs.

    Add the cup of combined fruit juices and cook until thick.

    Pour sauce and Cool Whip over the macaroni and mix well; then add fruit and mix.

    Cool everything in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
