Serve as a dip with French bread. Also delicious served with chicken or fish.

Italian-Style Salsa
6 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and diced Recipe
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Allow to rest at least 20 minutes. Serve at room
temperature.
(Yield: 1-1/2 cups)
