    T's Favorite Salsa Verde For Taco's


    1 (12 oz.) can tomatillos, drained
    1 med. jalape�o seeded & deveined
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    � cup cilantro
    � tsp. salt
    � cup water

    Recipe




    Place chiles, tomatillos, garlic, oinon, cilantro, and salt in a blender or food processor and blend briefly to a puree.

    Add the water in small amounts and blend to the desired consistency.
