    Apple Sausage Sandwiches


    1 pkg apple maple sausage
    1/2 cup apple jelly
    6 whole wheat mini bagels
    2 oz low sodium cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1/4 tsp pepper
    6 eggs

    Recipe




    SLICE sausage on diagonal into 1/4" pieces.

    Brown sausage in a pan, remove and keep warm.

    Whisk egg with milk and pepper.

    Spray skillet with cooking spray, heat.

    Pour in eggs, scramble until done.

    Toast bagels, spread top and bottom with jelly.

    Place eggs and sausage on bagel bottoms.

    Sprinkle with cheese, finish with bagel top, then SERVE...
