    Savor these hearty grilled sandwiches piled high with thinly sliced corned beef & melting white cheddar cheese.

    List of Ingredients




    Grilled Corned Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches


    8 slices rye bread
    4 tablespoons dark whole grain mustard
    1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
    8 slices Tillamook white cheddar cheese
    4 tablespoon butter, softened

    Recipe




    Spread the mustard on 4 slices of bread.

    Top each slice evenly with corned beef & sliced cheese.

    Close the sandwiches with the top 4 slices of bread.

    Spread the butter evenly over the outsides of the sandwiches.

    Grill them over medium-low heat on both sides until the bread is toasted & the cheese is melted.
