    Steak 'N' Cheese Subs


    1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
    1/2 pound boneless sirloin steak
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1/8 cup light balsamic dressing
    2 whole wheat sandwich rolls, split, toasted
    4 slices reduced fat provolone cheese, melted

    Recipe




    Sprinkle seasoning on steak.

    In skillet coated with a little oil, cook steak until desired
    doneness.

    Remove from skillet.

    Let sit 5 min. slice.

    In same skillet, cook peppers and onions until tender.

    Add balsamic.

    Cook until sauce is slightly thickened.

    STIR in sliced steak.

    Cook until heated through.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Divide steak mixture among rolls.

    Drizzle with melted cheese.

    Transfer to platter, then SERVE...
