    Caribbean Seasoning Mix


    1/3 cup dried minced onion
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    2 teaspoons ground allspice
    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Recipe




    Mix in storage container with tight-fitting lid.

    Shake or stir before each use.

    Store in cool, dry place up to 6 months.

    *Add oil to make a rub.
