    Homemade Worcestershire Sauce


    1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbs soy sauce
    2 Tbs water
    1 Tbs brown sugar
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp pepper

    Recipe




    Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stirv thoroughly.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Simmer 1 minute; Cool.

    Store in the refrigerator.
