Mustard
3 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
3 tablespoons brown mustard seeds
1/3 cup white-wine vinegar
1/3 cup white wine or water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
Recipe
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, combine everything in a high-speed blender.
