    1/2 cup cinnamon
    1 tablespoon nutmeg
    1 tablespoon allspice
    1 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    Recipe




    Combine ingredients.

    Use along with sugar in apple pie, applesauce, baked apples.

    Use 1 1/4 teaspoons per 6 cups of sliced apples
