Batter Fried Potato Wedges
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. salt
Tony Coachers Creole Seasoning as needed
4 med. potatoes, unpeeled but scrubbed
1 beaten egg
veggie oil for frying Recipe
Mix flour, spices in shallow dish.
Cut potatoes into wedges approx. 1/2 thick.
Dip slices into egg then dredge through flour/spice mix.
Deep fry approx. 375º until golden brown. approx 5-7 minutes.
Serve with Ranch dressing or sour cream.
