    Angel's Peanut Butter Cups


    2 sticks of butter
    1 cup peanut butter
    1- ¾ cups crushed graham crackers
    2 cups powdered sugar
    2 cups chocolate chips

    Recipe




    Melt butter and peanut butter together. Stir in powdered sugar and crackers. Line a 13” x 9” pan with parchment paper and press mixture firmly into bottom of pan. Place in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

    Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave; spread onto the peanut butter mixture. Chill until firm and remove from fridge. Cut into squares when softened to room temperature.
