    Blonde Rocky Road Brownies


    1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookies *
    1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels (48), unwrapped
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips
    1 cup peanuts
    2 cups miniature marshmallows

    PRESS cookie dough onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 Degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

    MICROWAVE caramels and water in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring every minute. Pour caramel mixture over crust; top with chips, peanuts and marshmallows.

    BROIL 5 inches from heat for 1 minute or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars.

    * Or substitute refrigerated peanut butter cookies for sugar cookies.
