    Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies


    1 cup peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 cup packed light brown sugar
    24 milk chocolate candy stars, or candy kisses

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350.

    Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg in medium bowl; beat until blended and smooth.

    Shape dough into 24 balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Press one chocolate star on top of each cookie.

    Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. ]

    Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
