    Lemon Cookies


    1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
    1 egg, beaten slightly
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    Powdered sugar

    Recipe




    Mix cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip together.

    Coat hands with powdered sugar.

    Spoon mixture and roll in a ball.

    Press with wet fork coated with sugar.

    Bake approximately 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees.
