    Truffle Cookies---Chocolate Coffee Cookies.


    1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 cups flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tbs instant coffee crystals
    1/2 cup butter

    Recipe




    MELT butter and 1/2 cup chocolate pieces.

    Stir in coffee crystals.

    Cool 5 min.

    Stir in sugars, eggs and vanilla.

    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

    Stir into chocolate coffee mixture.

    Add 1 cup chocolate pieces.

    Place by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.

    Cool on sheet 1 min. then SERVE...
