    Banana Cream Fudge


    FOR CRUST:

    2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
    5 T. butter, melted

    FOR BANANA FUDGE:

    3 cups white chocolate chips
    2 T. butter
    one 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    one 3.4 oz. box instant banana cream pudding mix
    one 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream

    FOR TOPPING:

    1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
    1/4 cup colored sprinkles

    Recipe




    Combine cookie crumbs, melted butter.

    Firmly press mixture into an 8x8 pan that has been lined with parchment paper.

    Set aside.

    In a large saucepan combine white chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk.

    Stir over medium heat until melted, smooth.

    Add pudding mix, stir 1-2 minutes longer.

    Spoon in marshmallow cream, stir until melted, smooth again.

    Pour fudge mixture onto prepared crust.

    Refrigerate a few hours or until hard.

    Remove fudge from pan, cut into 42 small squares.

    Drizzle with melted white chocolate, top with sprinkles.

    Store in a loosely sealed container 4-5 days.

    No refrigeration needed.
