    Easy Fantasy Fudge


    3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine or butter
    3 cups sugar
    2/3 cup (1 can-5 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 package (12 oz) semi sweet real chocolate chips
    1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
    1 cup chopped nuts (optional
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe




    Mix margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3 qt. saucepan/ bring to a full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

    Remove from heat.

    Gradually stir in chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into greased 9 inch square or 13x9 inch baking pan.

    Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.

    Makes 3 pounds.
