Fresh Cold Corn Chowder
1 cup fresh corn kernels
1 quart buttermilk
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 lime, juiced
lime zestRecipe
Boil corn 5 to 10 minutes, cool and cut kernels from cob.
Chop scallions.
Mix all Ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
